How to make immunity booster Golden Milk?

All of us are well aware of the CORONA Virus spread around the world, no one is invincible to the infection and only option that everybody is left with is to boost one’s immunity so that the body can fight well with the virus! To everyone’s surprise this immunity booster drink once or twice a day when consumed warm/hot can do wonders for your body’s fighting mechanism!

To our rescue is an age old Indian Household remedy for inflammation and bone problems – The immunity booster Golden Milk or Haldiwala Doodh, I am sharing this recipe with you all. It involves no cooking skills or complex ingredients and preparations, it just so simple and yet a powerful immunity booster!

So let’s get started….


(Serves 1 glass approximately)

Doodh (Milk) – 1 Glass

Haldi Powder (Turmeric Powder) – 1 Tbsp

Chini (Sugar) – 1 Tsp (optional)

Kesar (Saffron) – 1 or 2 strands (optional)

If you want to have some flavours in the milk you can add ¼ Tsp of Elaichi Powder (Green Cardamom Powder)


Take a sauce pan and add Milk into it, add turmeric powder, sugar and cardamom powder (optional). Keep the pan over a medium flame, stir it occasionally till the mix comes to a boil.

Your immunity booster healthy Golden Milk or Haldiwala Doodh is ready to be served and sipped warm!!!
