Badam ka Halwa

It’s winter time and almonds are known for their health benefits specially that they provide warmth to the body!

This is a very simple dessert recipe that you should surely try!!

Ingredients:

Almonds- 1/2 cup (Soaked overnight)

Saffron- 1 pinch

Sugar- 4 tea spoons

Ghee- 4 tea spoons

Milk- 2 cups

Cardamon- 1


Method:

Take the soaked almonds, grind them into a fine paste.

Take a deep frying pan, add ghee and add the almond paste to it, keep mixing at low flame.

After 2 min add milk slowly while stirring, after 10min add powdered cardamon and sugar along with saffron.

Keep stirring untill the mixture reduces to a thick mass.

Garnish with dry fruits and serve with love!
