Who would mind having a scoop of toothsome Mango Ice Cream on a hot summer day!!!
Especially if you can even make it at home with just four ingredients….I mean it’s so easy that even kids can make it and serve their parents to surprise them!!
For Our Mango Ice cream made fresh at home…let’s get started with the process!.
(For about 8-10 servings)
Mangoes – 3, Pulp
Milk Powder – ½ Cup
Powdered sugar – ½ Cup (You can even skip adding sugar)
Cold Milk – 1 Cup
First mix milk, sugar powder and milk powder together in a grinder jar for 2-3min, then add the mango pulp to it and grind again for 2 min.
Now take a bowl/dish in which you want to freeze your ice cream, add the ice cream mix from the jar and let it freeze for 2 hours approx.
After 2 hours take this ice cream again in the grinder jar and grind it and then put it in the same dish and freeze for 2-3 hours.
The Mango Ice-Cream is then ready to be served….you can add chopped pieces of mango while serving!!!
