Valentine’s Day Special- Strawberry Shake!

The fruit is widely appreciated for its characteristic aroma, bright red color, juicy texture, and sweetness. Strawberries can add a burst of sweetness to a healthful diet, nutrient-rich and packed with antioxidants (like vitamin C), the benefits of strawberries are endless, and some will even surprise you like- it can control cholesterol, keep your wrinkles away, maintain a healthy vision, etc.

So this Valentine’s Day let’s show some love to ourselves as well and for great health and taste , try this Strawberry Shake at home and enjoy it with our loved ones!

Ingredients:

(Serves 2)

Fresh Strawberries- 5-6 pieces

Milk- 1 Glass (Chilled or at normal temperature)

Vanilla Ice Cream- 1 Scoop

Cream- 1/4 of a cup

Sugar- 2 Table Spoons

Method:

Take the blender jar and add the strawberries after cutting each into 4 pieces, add milk, ice-cream, sugar and cream to it and blend into a smooth mix.
